When you request a quote, place an order, or contact us, we collect the information needed to do the work: your name, company, email address, phone number, shipping or pick-up details, your artwork files, and the details of your order. Our app also keeps a small amount of anonymous usage data (for example which menu items are viewed) to improve the app.
To quote, proof, produce, deliver and invoice your order; to send you order status updates by email; to answer your questions; and to keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting. We do not sell your information.
Order status updates are sent by email to the address on your order. We do not send marketing text messages, and mobile numbers are used only to reach you about your order.
Only the service providers that help us run the shop: our payment processor (Square) for invoices and card payments, our email provider (Google) to deliver updates, and our shipping carrier for deliveries. Each receives only what it needs for that job. We share information when the law requires it.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing thestickytrap@gmail.com. We keep order records as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes.
Order records live in access-controlled systems. Card details are handled by Square and never stored by us.
