How do shipping and pick-up work?

Pick up free at the shop — 4750 Venture Dr, Suite 101, Ann Arbor, Mon–Fri 10–5. Text 734 460 3845 first so it’s boxed and waiting at the counter. Or we ship anywhere in the US: USPS Priority, about 2 days in transit, flat-rate postage plus a $5 handling fee on one line of your invoice — most orders land $10–$15, big jar runs more. Need it out today? Same-day post office run is $25 in place of the handling fee — approved and paid by 1 pm and it ships today. Need UPS, FedEx or overnight? Ask and we quote it.

The fine print
  1. Turnaround first, then transit. The 5–7 business days is the printing; shipping days are on top.
  2. Tracking the day it ships. You get an email (and a push if you turned it on) with the number. Pick-ups get a “ready at the counter” note.
  3. Shipped orders are paid in full before they go out. Pick-up orders can be paid at the counter — cash, card or ACH.
  4. Damaged in the mail? Send photos of the box and the labels within 48 hours. We file the USPS claim and reprint.
  5. Wrong address given to us, or a package returned? The reship is a new shipping charge.
  6. US only for now.
What are pre-press / set-up charges?

Pre-press is what makes your art print right — set-up, color, cut paths, bleeds, the test print. We assess it per design once we see the files, before anything prints. Print-ready vector keeps it small. Anything beyond that is quoted up front.

Can I send AI art?

Yes — most of what we get now is ChatGPT. Send the biggest original PNG and keep the text out of the image; we take it from there: real type, clean vector, set up for your exact material and texture. 9 tips before you generate
  1. Keep text out of the image. Send the exact wording separately — we set it in real type, spelled right.
  2. Ask for flat, bold, hard-edged art. Solid colors, clean outlines. No gradients, glow, noise or photoreal.
  3. Plain or transparent background. No frame, shadow or jar mockup baked in — we add the texture.
  4. Download the biggest original. Save the PNG the tool gives you. No screenshots, no texting it over.
  5. Match the sticker's shape. Square for a lid or bottom, wide for a wrap — ask the tool for that ratio.
  6. Leave breathing room. Nothing important touching the edges. We crop to the cut line.
  7. One image per sticker, named. lid.png, wrap.png, bottom.png — or just tell us which is which.
  8. Tell us what pops. Which parts get gloss or raise? ‘The logo and the strain name’ is plenty.
  9. Type out the required text. Strain, weight, warnings, license line — as text in the email, not in the art.
Can I get a custom shape?

Yes. Any outline you want, not just a square or a circle — we cut a custom dieline to it. Quoted per job.

Do I need finished art?

No. Bring a file or just an idea. We’re a design house: we design it, pick the material and texture that make it land, and print it here. Design time is quoted with your order.
